I was commissioned by Beacons Business Interiors (BBI) to photograph the completed refurbishment of the Senedd Chamber, Welsh Parliament, ahead of the expansion of the Senedd from 60 to 96 Members.

Photographing the finished space provided an opportunity to capture both the scale of the project and the detail within the refurbishment, from the bespoke joinery and finishes through to the wider architectural character of the Chamber.

Working within such an iconic Welsh building was a particularly memorable assignment. Standing in the Chamber to photograph the completed work was a real ‘wow’ moment, made even more surreal by looking up to see people in the public gallery photographing me photographing the Chamber.

The resulting images provide BBI with a professional visual record of the completed project, showcasing the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into the refurbishment.
